All specialised sailing equipment is supplied. We have all the latest wet weather and safety equipment you might need. You may wish to bring a swimming costume and a towel, however warm clothing is imperative even if the forecast is for fine weather.

To summarise:

• Warm jumper and jacket

• Sun block

• Sunglasses

• Soft shoes (No black or leather soled shoes, preferably only deck shoes)

• Spare footwear for the end of the day
